You have X days from the date of the purchase on our website to inform us of any problem or a defect in your order and X days to return the product.
The products should be returned to us in their original packaging, in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange of a product that does not comply with the conditions mentioned above.
Once the return is supported and validated, the refund will be made within 24 hours. Additional delays may apply depending on your bank. The amount will be automatically credited to your bank account or via the payment method used during the purchase.
We do not bear the shipping costs for returns and exchanges and we are not responsible for any damage caused during transport or if the package is lost. We advise you to make a shipment with an insurance and a tracking number.
